Anat´s need: she wants to receive her money back every time she takes the initiative to organize an event. She has to chase 20 parents, feels like a nag that consumes her time with annoying tasks. She needs a solution that will make money management fast and efficient.

How will the system solve her problem?

It will provide Anat the option to gather all the participants of the event in a single group or a list. In the group she’ll be able to enter details regarding the payments, send notifications and update the status of each member.

Anat | 38 | merried +2

Anat is a mother of 2 twins in kindergarten, where she volunteered to organize a goodbye party from the teacher. She planned the party and made a list of shopping for refreshments and a present from all the kids. After buying everything she gathered the receipts and put them in the system, categorized by topic and amount. Through the system she invites all the kids parents that participate in the party. She mentioned in the system that in this case there is an equal distribution between the participants. She then proceeds to send a message for all the parents.

Second Persona

The Payer

Dor, 26 years old and single, a student that lives in a 3 roommate apartment in Tel Aviv. Dor needs to pay the roommate in charge of the bills, he´s forgetful and receives constant pressure to pay on time.

Dor’s need: he feels bad in front of the other roommates, doesn’t have the energy to deal with paying on time and being organized. He needs an easy system to use that he can outsource the hassle to.

How will the system solve his problem?

It will document and track the payments, and most importantly, remind him to pay via notifications. Dor will pay regularly on the app to the roommate in charge of the bills

Dor | 26 | single

Dor, a Tel Avivi Bachelor, and 2 friends went drinking at a local bar. Everyone had 2 rounds of beers and a chaser. Avi ordered some food and drank more beers. Dor forgot his wallet at home, so Avi decided he pays the whole amount and his friends will return him the money through the system. Avi enters the total amount and his friends (Dor and Shonit) to the system, while mentioning that he ate and drank more than they did. He then sends them a message notifying about the amount they owe him. Shonit performs the transfer right at that moment, while Dor asks to pay at a later time so he could pay in cash. Dor receives notifications every other day about the money he owes, and after a week they meet again. Avi presses a button ‘returned money in cash’ in the system, and now the story is closed.
