Personas
Based on the research survey and personal interviews found in the discovery period of the project two personas were developed
First Persona
Noam is a 25 years old
Student at Bezalel academy from Jerusalem.
Noam wants to buy a personal gift for a close friend that lives in Tel Aviv.
She cannot arrive to Tel Aviv at the near future, but it is important for her to give her friend the present on time.
Noam enters the main page of the website, realises there is a customized option of the products, a personal designed gift wrap, and a special delivery to the subject´s home.
Second Persona
Oded is 35 years old
Single, and work as a financial consultant.
Following a large success he had with a few major clients from abroad,
he decided he would like to send gifts to these special clients.
The gifts need to have the company logo in them, and be useable on a daily level in their office space.
