A personal mat for sitting and lying on the ground. The mat made from sponge and hard plastic with exterior durable fabric cladding.

1. Open mode mat lying down-full-size.

2. Lying down or sitting with head             support or lower back support.

3. Easy to carry folded state in a               folding mat to eighth of the full-size.
